Primary Pet Charlotte strives to provide outstanding dog walking and pet sitting services focused on convenience and comfort by maintaining the usual routine for the fur babies and keeping the process simple for their owners. Clients are able to book and track services with the Precise Petcare app, through which they will also receive frequent updates and photos of their furry friends.

PPCLT is dedicated to developing a personal bond with each family, guaranteeing absolute confidence that their pets are the primary focus and will be treated with the same love and care they receive from their human parents! The business and its staff are insured and bonded (including auto coverage while your pets are present), and takes diligent measures to promote the safety and security of your pets and home.

PPCLT aims to maintain a safe space of service for the BIPOC, neurodiverse, disabled, and LGBTQ+ peoples of its local community and welcomes feedback about improvements that can be made to better serve them and improve accessibility.

ABOUT THE SITTER
Alyssa Crowley (they/them), an original Charlottean, grew up with beloved dogs and cats and has owned their best friend, Ruger (a.k.a Cruton, Ru Vuitton, etc.) for 8 years. Alyssa's passion for pets came to life starting at a small pet daycare and boarding facility in 2012. By 2018, they co-managed the boarding component of a high-capacity kennel, overseeing and participating in the daily care of up to 200+ pets at a time.
Alyssa eventually transitioned to in-home pet sitting, with the goal of providing more personal and prioritized care to each individual pet. Alyssa worked for a local pet sitting company as well as app-based dog walking and pet sitting providers, and ultimately decided it was time to develop PPCLT!
